Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our main goal: every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as GiftsNBeyond.com’s satisfaction guarantee for most products. If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and return it to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will be pleased to arrange an exchange or refund.

Return Policy

You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, GiftsnBeyond.com may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.

Holiday Return Policy

In addition to Amazon return policy 2016 merchandise may not be returned in the following year for exchange or returns.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packing, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and may be returned to you or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy

Fill out the Return + Exchange form on our website and print return label. Place return form in a sealed envelope along with your item(s). Please make sure to save a copy of your 12-digit order number (upper right corner of your packing list). Attach the shipping label to your package and ensure any old shipping labels are removed or obscured. Drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.

Please note: GiftsnBeyond.com is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stole while in transit. We will email you once your return is processed and a replacement/exchange has been shipped out.

Refunds

Refunds for orders purchased with a major credit card will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund for orders purchased with a GiftsnBeyond.com gift card will be returned to that gift card or a new gift card may be issued.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of a GiftsnBeyond.com error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and refund initiated over 30 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility after 45 days.

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your returns shipping charges will be waived.
